If any of the products you are faulty and do not work as expected, please contact us to arrange to have them exchanged or refunded at no cost to you.
If any of the products you purchase are damaged in transit, please contact us to arrange to have them exchanged at no cost to you. We usually require you to return the damaged item and will arrange freight/postage at no cost to you.
Fish Records Pty Ltd will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque if you prefer.
